With chefs from the renowned Masala Library in India, Venom restaurant creates Indian dishes using molecular gastronomy. They have some fabulous sounding dishes on the menu such as, seasonal watermelon chaat with balsamic vinegar caviar, wild mushroom chai with truffle oil crumbs, braised mutton champ with maple kokum glaze and even something called umami crumbed mushroom soufflé!
